Challenges Worldwide (CWW) is an international development charity and award winning social enterprise.
We recruit volunteers with professional skills and experience and train them to work with our local partners in developing countries. We deliberately keep our numbers small to maintain the high quality which comes from working closely with our volunteers. Doing so enables us to build bespoke placements that match the specific skills and priorities of the volunteer with the requirements of the partner organisation.
Since 1999 CWW have worked closely with more than 100 organisations in just under 30 countries. We currently work in Central America, South Asia, Eastern Europe, West Africa and Southern Africa.
